Robert Gray

Rob is the Chief Economist and Commodities Strategist for Resource Capital Funds (RCF). At RCF, Rob conducts primary economic research and analyses the factors that impact RCF fund performance. His work contributes to RCF’s macroeconomic and commodity specific insight and informs the strategic and tactical decisions taken by RCF’s investment teams across the multi-fund structure of the firm. Prior to joining RCF, Rob worked in a variety of economic, financial and risk advisory roles at PwC and Merrill Lynch in Perth, Melbourne, London and New York respectively over the past 25 years. Rob is originally from California, holds an economics & international studies honors degree from UCLA and qualified as a CFA charterholder in 2003.
